FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. How can I purchase a wig?
Our wigs are available in the form of Ready To Ship, Custom Units, and Bring Your Own Bundles.
  • Ready To Ship - These units are available on hand and ready to ship within 24 hours after purchase.
  • Custom Units - These are wigs made based off inspiration or remake of an old LaceMeBaby Hair unit.
  • Bring Your Own Bundles - You can supply your own bundles and lace frontal or closure to have a custom unit made.
2. How can I place a custom order?
Custom orders are placed under the Design My Custom Unit page. You will need to have your head measurements to order.
3. Do you offer custom coloring for wigs?
Yes we do offer custom coloring request, send an email to LACEMEBABYHAIR@GMAIL.COM to submit a request. Custom colors are subject to approval.
4. Do you accept rush orders?
Rush orders can be made only for Bring Your Own Bundles and subject to approval. Email LACEMEBABYHAIR@GMAIL.COM to submit your request.
5.When are you going to restock your wigs?
We only restock items when they are in stock and ready to be shipped. Sign up for email and text alerts to stay informed.
6. What is the normal processing time for orders?
Ready to Ship - 1 to 2 business days
Custom Units - 10 to 15 business days
Bring Your Own Bundles - 5 to 7 business days 

7. Do you ship internationally?
No we do not ship internationally just yet.
8. Do you offer wig making classes?
Yes, click HERE to book your 1 on 1 class. 
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer Shop Pay, Sezzle, and Zip (formerly known as Quadpay)
