All custom wigs ship in 10 -14 business days after payment is processed. 

Measurements are REQUIRED. 

We will not be responsible for poor fitting wigs due to incorrect measurements. 

If you decide to cancel your custom wig order before it is completed, a $50 service charge will be deducted from your refund.
